Our hourly rate for working with teams typically ranges from €150 to €270 per hour, plus VAT, as a general guide, depending on the scope of sessions, number of participants and location.
Here too, we work with a flexible fee scale. We take into account the financial means of organizations and adjust our fee accordingly, whether it's an NGO, association, public institution or a company with a larger budget. This principle of solidarity is part of how we understand our work.

We work with a flexible fee scale. The following rates serve as a guide and are based on our clients' financial means:
- Mediation: €140–200 per hour, plus VAT
- Coaching: €120–180 per hour, plus VAT
Because some clients are able to pay more, we can also support clients with smaller budgets, a principle of solidarity that's part of how we understand our work.
We want to make mediation and coaching accessible to as many people as possible. That's why we regularly offer support outside our fee scale, or pro bono. Feel free to reach out to us about this.
